I made templates for the complicated parts and started a kind of serial production, as I liked the design.
Here's my first copy, not very different from the original except where I had run out of specific parts.
I'm really looking forward to having several of these on my battlefield in the near future. The old one is Ferdinand, while the new one is called Elefant. A cookie to anyone who knows the connection!

I'm actually lucky enough to live close to Aberdeen proving grounds in the U.S. and I've seen on of the only two Elephants left in the world. The second one is in Russia.
